Our safety rules
- Every recommendation cites its source — the course, funding rule, or outcome it came from.
- Funding eligibility is a deterministic rules engine, not a guess — the AI never decides what you qualify for.
- The Provider Concierge never sends a message — you review and approve every one.
- Agents only recommend real, published courses from verified UK providers — never invented ones.
- You can switch agents off per category any time from your preferences.
